Joker has officially completed principal photography. Director Todd Phillips shared the news on Instagram, as he’s done a few times since production began in September.
Previous reports had production wrapping a couple weeks ago, but that may just have been for star Joaquin Phoenix or other members of the cast and crew.
Joker filmed a lot of exterior scenes in New York, which created several opportunities for set photos to get out. With production now complete, the countdown is on for the first teaser trailer so we can get a much better look at the film.
