The Batman costume for the Titans series looked great on TV, but as with most costumes, when you see them stationary, it doesn’t work quite as well.
During the season finale of Titans last week, we were treated to a whole lot of scenes of Batman. Most of those were actions shots and we never really got a lingering look at the Batsuit. Now we have one, and… it’s different.
Thanks to Reddit user ToasterMelonYT, we can have a look at the suit, and it’s pretty clear this was a cobbled together outfit. Honestly, that’s fine. Due to the way this episode was shot this was more about the silhouette it gave off than how it looks in a straight on camera shot.
If Batman ever becomes a bigger player in this series, which seems highly doubtful, we’re sure that a better suit will be constructed. For now, just tip your hat to everyone in the production that made it look so good in the episode.
