Production on Swamp Thing is in full swing for DC Universe, and with that comes a new image of the lead characters.
Director Len Wiseman shared a behind the scenes photo showing off the two lead actors as they prepared for a scene that appears to take place in a morgue.
At first glance, it appears that Abby Arcane (Crystal Reed) is inspecting something growing out of a corpse while Alec Holland (Andy Bean) looks on. We know that this version of Abby works for the CDC, so perhaps this growth is what she is there to investigate.
This is the closest we’ve come yet to an official photo with only a few unofficial long-distance shots appearing previously of Reed and Bean filming in a boat.
A recent leak indicated that Swamp Thing will be premiering on DC Universe on May 10, 2019. That date is not yet official, but does seem likely.
