Save your pennies and head to Japan, because that’s where you’re going to find Batman samurai armor.
Warner Bros. Consumer Products has teamed up with Yoshitoku to produce suits of Batman samurai armor just in time for Children’s Day in Japan. Celebrated every year on May 5, Japanese families will put up shrines of samurai armor to celebrate their sons. In recent years this has branched into licensed suits, and, of course, Batman had to show up at some point.
The suits will be available in different sizes, but the tallest will clock in at just 29-inches. Don’t let the size fool you, however, as they still won’t be cheap. The most expensive version will set you back $2,700.
Pre-orders will open up on March 1 with delivery in time for Children’s Day.
