Entertainment Earth has had its all-wood toy line, Pin Mates, for some time now. While it has done a simple vehicle here or there, and has even done a Batmobile in a very simplified form, the company showed off something else entirely at Toy Fair this year.
Releasing later this year will be a version of the 1966 Batmobile complete with Pin Mates of Batman and Robin. The exact release date and pricing is unknown at this time, but we’ll be keeping an eye on Entertainment Earth for further information this year.
We got to pick up the prototype and play with it for a moment or two – it is wood after all – and it felt great and hefty. It will be a great addition to anyone’s collection.
