UPDATE: The first official images of Godspeed have now been released.
It seems that a major new villain is making their way to Central City to take on The Flash. Don’t go any further if you wish to be surprised.
A new group of set photos from The Flash appeared over the weekend on Twitter posted by user mariimakii (with credit to user Brittnayxxoxo). It would seem that yet another speedster is on their way to Central City to threaten everyone.
It appears that Godspeed, a Flash villain introduced in 2016, was on the set of what was being filmed. It’s worth noting, however, that the set included references to The Flash Museum, which implies this portion of what was being filmed is from the future.

Nothing has officially been announced by the production team or The CW as of yet about the inclusion of Godspeed as a threat on the series, so do keep that in mind. But to look at the costume from comics, it’s a pretty easy assumption to make.
It’s unknown which episode of the season this scene is for, so we’ll be keeping an eye out for it.
