At long last the new Shazam! trailer is upon us. Was it worth all the waiting and false rumors of when it would appear?
After weeks, if not months, of false dates, the new Shazam! trailer is here and brings us new footage of Billy Batson (Asher Angel) learning to use his powers. We also get to see some more of Doctor Sivana (Mark Strong), but still no real indication of what his goal is.
Of course, the highlight of the trailer? The Batman joke. It’s always a laugh when a TV show or movie acknowledges someone would make toys of a superhero if they really existed. You just have to wonder do they pay Batman a licensing fee?
Shazam! hits theaters on April 5.
