Filming is continuing on Titans season 2, and thanks to some set video, we’ve got a first look at Chelsea Zhang as Rose Wilson.
While most of what we’ve seen so far has come from the cast and crew itself, this latest video was shot by someone near the set. We see what appears to be Chelsea Zhang practicing for a take as Rose Wilson.
What’s notable here is at most, production is on to episode 2, so it appears she either starts the season having already lost the eye or that she loses it very early on. In the comics, the loss of her eye was a defining moment for the character. For it to be gone this early seems to suggest the storyline will have been changed slightly. We’ll just have to wait and see.
Titans season 2 is shaping into a heck of a season it would seem. In addition to Zhang playing Rose Wilson, we also have the Wilson family to contend with, that’s not going to leave a ton of room for other storylines it feels like. Esai Morales has signed on as Slade Wilson/Deathstroke, while Chella Man will play his son Jericho. And the biggest surprise has been the addition of Iain Glen as Bruce Wayne.
It’s sounding like it’s going to be a very busy season for our favorite group of teen heroes.
DC Universe has confirmed Titans season 2 will launch some time this fall.
