Jared Leto took a quick break from filming Moebius, the Marvel vampire film for Sony, to sit down with Variety, and a lot of DCEU talk ensued.
When asked if he would ever play the Joker again, he said “I would definitely play the Joker again. It all depends on the script and the circumstances as it always does.” When asked if he will reprise the role in Birds of Prey he says, “I don’t think so. You’d have to ask them.” But when it’s pointed out the internet thinks he is, “Well, we’ll see.”
Of course, we know that something with the Joker was shot, but we just don’t know if it was him. If it was a double, he may voice it, however. And then even Leto teased it.
Will we see Leto in the green hair again? We’ll just have to wait and see, but for now, he seems game to jump back in.
