News is just filtering out that Warner Bros. won’t be going all-out for Comic-Con this year, and that means no Hall-H panel to unveil trailers, promotional images, or any of the fun stuff we can usually hang onto as we wait for the next DC films. With Wonder Woman 1984 delayed into 2020, it’s especially tough.
Since we’re not getting a Hall H panel, though, Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins offered up something for us to chew on.
By now you’ve heard: WB isn’t going to Hall H this year. We’re so sad to miss you there! And waiting until Dec. to start our official #WW84 campaign in full– But the truth is… we can just… barely… wait… pic.twitter.com/QllFzhYRA6

“By now you’ve heard: WB isn’t going to Hall H this year. We’re so sad to miss you there! And waiting until Dec. to start our official #WW84 campaign in full– But the truth is… we can just… barely… wait…” wrote Jenkins in the post. Accompanying the tweet is this colorful promotional image that shows off Wonder Woman’s new armor and seemingly sets the tone for what we can expect from Wonder Woman 1984 visually.
It doesn’t make the wait any easier – it actually makes it a little tougher. But it’s something to hang onto as we await Wonder Woman 1984‘s release date on June 5, 2020.
