A new cover has emerged for Empire that gives us a new look at Joaquin Phoenix and his version of the Joker. While it’s highly unlikely this is a shot from the film, we’ll always take a new picture.

Things have been fairly quiet since the Joker trailer, so we’re anxious for anything new in regards to this film. With San Diego Comic-Con rapidly approaching, there is always hope more information and images will be released. However, with Warner Bros. opting to forego a Hall H presentation, we aren’t holding our breath for something massive to happen.
With just under three months to go until the film is out, we’re sure marketing will step up. Our hopes are that this Empire cover is just the first step in whatever is planned.
