A crew member on the DC Universe series Titans has been killed during a stunt rehearsal for season 2 of the series.
According to TMZ, the crew member was special effects coordinator Warren Appleby. He was killed on Thursday morning while a stunt was being tested in the staging area the series uses. A car was supposed to flip on to its side, which occurred as planned, but a piece of metal from an unknown source was sent flying and hit him in the head.
