The seemingly never-ending saga of the Flash movie starring Ezra Miller seems to be still moving forward. Speaking with W Korea recently, Miller was asked about his upcoming projects, and he said he could only discuss the ones that are “absolutely confirmed.” And, yes, he mentioned The Flash.

The ongoing saga of The Flash movie has bordered on being enough for its own movie. From rotating directors to numerous scripts, it has been a roller coaster to be sure.

Now, for the first time in a while, things are beginning to feel a bit more concrete that this film may actually happen. Andy Muschietti looks set to direct, but probably from a new script. And a new script is reportedly in the works. Seeing as Miller made it past his presumed contract end this past May, it seems he’s sticking around to keep this project alive.

With Muschietti about to release It Chapter 2, he’s going to take some well deserved time off, and then hopefully we’ll begin to hear more early in 2020.
