Birds of Prey reshoots are currently underway in Los Angeles, and it appears that stunts appear to be the current priority.
New photos have surfaced showing Harley (Margot Robbie) holding on to the back of a motorcycle being pulled along on roller skates.
And the last photo shows what is believed to be John Wick director Chad Stahelski speaking with Robbie between shots. Stahelski has been brought in to reportedly to help design new action sequences for the film.
There hasn’t been any indication of how long these reshoots are slated to last. With rumors still circulating that Robbie will appear in The Suicide Squad, it seems doubtful they will go on for too long. The cast table read is said to be scheduled for Sept. 11 with shooting to start on Sept. 23. To be clear, her involvement in that film has not yet been made official, but that is believed to be the plan.
Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) will be the first appearance of Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn since Suicide Squad. She will be joined by Mary Elizabeth Winstead as the Huntress, while Jurnee Smollett-Bell will be playing Black Canary. Rosie Perez will be playing Renee Montoya, and Ella Jay Basco as Cassandra Cain as well. And Ewan McGregor joined the cast as Gotham City villain Black Mask.
The Birds of Prey movie is scheduled to hit theaters on Feb. 7, 2020.
