It seems the cast of The Suicide Squad is already spending some time hanging out together. James Gunn took to social media to share an image of some hang time this weekend with a few of his castmembers.
Included in the photo are Flula Borg, Daniela Melchior, David Dastmalchian, Gunn, Jennifer Holland (not a member of the cast), Nathan Fillion, Sean Gunn, and Mayling Ng.
As we know from the cast list that was released previously, this is only one small portion of the films 24 named castmembers so far. And normally we would also tell you who is playing what roles, but Gunn has put all casting information into doubt recently by saying some leaked info is wrong. Hopefully, we’ll start to get some more concrete information on the new characters int he near future.
Filming began on The Suicide Squad last week, and it will hit theaters on Aug. 6, 2021.
