James Gunn has shared a new photo of spending some time with the members of the cast of The Suicide Squad, and there are a bunch of them.
Gunn has shared a photo including Margot Robbie, Jai Courtney, Joel Kinnaman, Mayling Ng, Nathan Fillion, Sean Gunn, Pete Davidson, Daniela Melchior, and more following a screening of Joker. And, randomly included was Pom Klementieff who is not in the movie, but plays Mantis in Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy films.
As we know from the cast list that was released previously, this is only one small portion of the films 24 named castmembers so far. And normally we would also tell you who is playing what roles, but Gunn has put all casting information into doubt recently by saying some leaked info is wrong. Hopefully, we’ll start to get some more concrete information on the new characters int he near future.
Filming recently began on The Suicide Squad, and it will hit theaters on Aug. 6, 2021.
