As people start patrolling the floor of the CCXP show in Brazil, we’ve had our first sighting of some new Wonder Woman 1984 merchandise. Not only that, it may give us some idea of what to expect from Kristen Wiig’s Cheetah.
To be fair, anytime you see artwork like this on merchandise, we do take it with a grain of salt. It could be from an early design for the character, or it could be something that doesn’t appear in the film at all. Do use caution in assuming this is her only Cheetah-inspired look in the film.
With the Wonder Woman 1984 CCXP panel only days away, this seems like a strong indication we’ll be seeing some fun stuff announced over the course of the weekend. Will we finally get to see more of Wiig’s Barbara Ann Minerva than that one promo shot of her in the museum? It definitely looks that way.
Wonder Woman 1984 will hit theaters on June 5, 2020.
