Just 53 weeks since it was announced that Spin Master would take over the DC master toy license from Mattel, the first items have arrived.
Entertainment Earth was home to the exclusive reveal and gives us a taste of what is to come. We were shown 2-inch, 4-inch, and 12-inch lines. While the focus is clearly on Batman and his associated characters, there are also three other DC characters that appear: Superman, The Flash, and Shazam.
For the time being there doesn’t appear to be any sort of high-end collectors line, but that seems like only a matter of time.
We will be visiting with Spin Master at Toy Fair 2020 in Feb., so hopefully, there will be more info available at the show.
