The only full Birds of Prey trailer arrived back in October of last year, and with just a month to release, another appears to be on the way.
As of Jan. 2, a new Birds of Prey trailer clocking in at 2 minutes and 22 seconds passed through Canadian certification. It looks as though this may end up being a red band trailer as it is noted there were “two instances of coarse language.” This isn’t terribly surprising as the film has received an R-rating.
With toys arriving, and new TV spots cropping up, it appears that we’re finally in the big Birds of Prey marketing push. Hopefully, there will be even more on the way.
We don’t know an exact date as of yet for the new Birds of Prey trailer, but our guess that early next week is fairly likely.
Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) will be the first appearance of Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn since Suicide Squad. She will be joined by Mary Elizabeth Winstead as the Huntress, while Jurnee Smollett-Bell will be playing Black Canary. Rosie Perez will be playing Renee Montoya, and Ella Jay Basco as Cassandra Cain as well. And Ewan McGregor joined the cast as Gotham City villain Black Mask.
The Birds of Prey movie is scheduled to hit theaters on Feb. 7, 2020.
