Celebrities are taking to social media in large numbers during the Coronavirus lockdown, and Dwayne Johnson has joined the numbers.

During a break in his workout session, Johnson answered some questions on his Instagram account. The actor spent over five minutes talking about his upcoming Black Adam, and it’s clear that he has a lot of passion for this character.

Johnson goes over the history of the Black Adam film that dates back over a decade. He then shares some info on the story itself, and confirms that this will be an origin story for the character. From the sound of it, the film will go into his slave past, so this will be a deep dive into Black Adam.

He does hesitate, understandably, on the July start date for filming.

Black Adam is scheduled to hit theaters on Dec. 22, 2021.
