Also, as a reminder, we are in the third week of our Quarantine Book Club in case you’re looking to pick up an old favorite, or discover a “new to you” book! We’ve already covered Batman: Prey and Batman: Ego. If you missed our discussions for those books, we encourage you to read each book and then join the conversation in the comments section. If you don’t have these titles and your local comic shop is still open, try to support them if possible!
This week we will cover Batman: The Cult! So, if you’re home and looking for a way to pass the time, we encourage you to pick up the book and join us.
Batman: The Cult
A mysterious religious cult enters Gotham City and begins to make moves against politicians and major players–even making an attempt on Commissioner Gordon’s life. It’s up to Batman to stop them, but they look to make the Dark Knight one of their own…and they just might succeed!
If you have any recommendations for what you would like to see us cover, just let us know. We’ve nailed down our May schedule (which includes a recommendation from JAG2045) and will announce those titles next week, but are always open to your interests!
I hope everyone is staying safe, and we’ll chat with you all on Friday!
