It wasn’t only The Batman that got a new release date as Warner Bros. also announced new dates for Shazam! 2 and The Flash.
As the coronavirus pandemic continues to delay the production of films, Warner Bros. is shuffling its release dates to allow for it. That includes films that haven’t even begun work yet.
Shazam! 2 was dated for April 1, 2022, but that has now been delayed seven months to Nov. 4, 2022. The Flash has now moved, oddly enough, up by a month moving from July 1, 2022 to June 3, 2022. It’s unclear how the movie has moved up by a month, but we’ll take it.
Shazam! director David F. Sandberg was asked on Twitter how he plans to keep the kids looking young enough with this new delay. He responded with a photo of a cryogenics lab.

No word as of yet of a delay to the release date of Black Adam which is set for Dec. 22, 2021, but it seems inevitable that will come as well.
