This week we received the exciting announcement that DC Comics will start publishing new books beginning next week! This is great news for a number of retailers who are still open and looking for something to help drive their business. Until then, DC is continuing their strategy of peppering in new digital releases, digital releases of back issues, and trades! So, here’s what you can look forward to this week.

In ths issue, Beast Boy meets a certain terrifying beast of the pit!
DC is also releasing a number of back issues digitally as well, so that could be worth checking out. As for graphic novels…

And, of course, I can’t forget, we are now in the fourth week of our Quarantine Book Club. We’ve already covered Batman: Prey, Batman: Ego, and Batman: The Cult. If you missed our discussions for those books, we encourage you to read each book and then join the conversation in the comments section of each respective discussion. If you don’t have these titles and your local comic shop is still open, try to support them if possible!
This week we will cover Batman: Dark Knight, Dark City! So, if you’re home and looking for a way to pass the time, we encourage you to pick up the book and join us.
Batman: Dark Knight, Dark City
In this epic tale written by Peter Milligan (RED LANTERNS, JUSTICE LEAGUE DARK, SKREEMER), Batman is led through a labyrinthine urban maze by his old nemesis the Riddler, who seems to have changed into an abominable monster with one purpose: to drive Batman insane. In his quest, the Riddler is working with an occultist who has summoned a demon to stop Batman-but in the process, the Riddler himself is slowly changing into a nightmarish beast! Collects BATMAN #452-454 and DETECTIVE COMICS #629-633.
