According to a new report, Warner Bros. is going to be throwing a day-long party for all things DC in August.
GWW is reporting that Warner Bros. is in the midst of planning a digital-event that will be known as ‘DC FanDome.’ The event is said to start at 10am Pacific on Aug. 22 and will be accessible for 24 hours.
As to what we can expect to see, there will be virtual panels from casts and creators of shows such as Titans, Doom Patrol, and Stargirl. On the film side of things we will see panels for The Batman, Black Adam, The Suicide Squad, and Wonder Woman 1984.
There will also be events and exclusive footage for comics and video games, so it will cover just about every aspect of DC fandom.
This rumor comes about just shortly after more details were announced about the San Diego Comic-Con at Home event. It sounds as though we could see Warner Bros. skip that event for revealing anything new and keep all of the highly anticipated footage and so on to its own event a month later.
Seeing that GWW has a pretty good track record when it comes to Warner Bros. rumors, we’re going to say this looks pretty likely. We can’t wait to see what the studio has to show off.
