Tervis is a brand that has always made quality drinkware, and now it’s fully embracing the world of licensing.
The Tervis Fan Shop is doing weekly releases of limited edition tumblers, and this week it is DC’s turn in the spotlight. On Aug. 16 it released the 20oz Wonder Woman Lasso of Truth stainless steel tumbler. And, as you read this on Wednesday, Aug. 19, it is releasing the 30oz Batman and 30oz Wonder Woman tumblers with Jim Lee art. Both of these new tumblers are limited to 500 pieces and are selling for $49.99 each.
Tervis supplied us with all three of the new tumblers to take a look at, and we walked away impressed.
From the wraparound artwork to the actual heft of the tumblers, there are just gorgeous cups. We didn’t test them to their limits, but they will reportedly keep hot liquids hot for up to 8 hours and up to 24 hours for cold drinks. Coffee never lasts around the office long enough for us to fully speak to the limits.
If you do purchase any of these, do note they should be hand washed and towel-dried to keep the artwork looking fresh.
