This is the area that was being prepped back in March when filming was suspended due to the increasing concerns around the COVID-19 pandemic. It has previously been revealed that this will be augmented with CGI to serve as a downtown area of Gotham.
It should be noted that as of Tuesday afternoon U.K. time, Prime Minister Boris Johnson has announced an increase to the rules surrounding the coronavirus due to another increase in cases around the country. There is no indication at this time as to what impact this would have on location filming, but it is worth being aware of before you would head to the area to see if you could catch a glimpse of the production.
The Batman resumed filming last week following a shut down due to Robert Pattinson having reportedly contracted the virus.
The Batman is scheduled to hit theaters on Oct. 1, 2021.
