Pennyworth is back, and it appears that things are not going well for our favorite former-SAS member.
Epix has released a teaser for season 2 of Pennyworth. When last we saw Alfred (Jack Bannon), he had just saved the queen from an assassination attempt by his own father, and killed him in the process.
It’s clear from the teaser that a decent amount of time has passed, and things have not improved any in England as the Raven Society and No-Name League appear to be nearing an all-out war.
An Arkham Asylum namedrop? We’re all for it.
Pennyworth season 2 is set to debut on Dec. 13. We loved season 1 and can’t wait to see where this crazy prequel concept goes next.
