Black Adam is continuing to add to its cast, and this time around it is Sarah Shahi.
The cast of Black Adam is continuing to fill out, and the latest addition is Sarah Shahi. According to a report from Deadline, Shahi has landed the role of a university professor turned freedom fighter who is leading the resistance in Kahndaq.
While the majority of the talk has been about the Justice Society, we’ve heard very little about the plot of the film. This mention of her character being a freedom fighter is definitely a new twist we hadn’t heard about. Perhaps this is what brings Black Adam (Dwayne Johnson) back into the world.
Shahi is currently filming Sex/Life for Netflix and has previously appeared in City On a Hill, The L Word, Fairly Legal, and more.
Black Adam does not currently have a scheduled release date as Warner Bros. continues to shuffle its films in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
