HBO Max launched without support for any of these features leaving many fans concerned for the release of Wonder Woman 1984. Hopefully now that the features are in place for this film, it will quickly spread to all of the other content on the service.
Before Wonder Woman 1984 became a question, the content moving over from DC Universe was a question mark as it had been in 4K on that service. It’s easy to speculate those will quickly receive the treatment once everything is in place.
We’re hopeful that further announcements will be coming in the near future.
Wonder Woman 1984 will release in theaters and on HBO Max in the U.S. on Dec. 25. Select international locations will see the film released on Dec. 16.
