At last, we’re getting some clarity on the variations in McFarlane Toys Zack Snyder’s Justice League toy line as the blue-suited Superman is flying into Target as an exclusive.
Target is now taking preorders on the blue-suited version of the Superman figure, priced at $19.99. The black-suited version will be a general release, meaning you will be able to pick him up from multiple retailers.
This news still leaves the question of the armored Darkseid figure. We know that the un-armored version (which means it’s Uxas, but McFarlane is listing it as Darkseid) is a general release. We still haven’t heard which retailer will be selling the armored version.
Amazon appears to have stopped taking preorders on the line for now, and availability through other retailers seems to be scarce. The figures are not due for release until late May or early June, so expect that to shake out in the coming weeks.
Zack Snyder’s Justice League will debut on March 18 on HBO Max in the U.S. and in various other territories on other HBO services.
