Zack Snyder’s Justice League isn’t done quite yet as the long-promised black & white version, “Justice is Gray,” has arrived.

Zack Snyder has long said that he feels the ultimate way to watch his version of Justice League is in black & white. When he left the production, he took a copy of the film with him on his laptop, and that was the color scheme he showed to people like Jason Momoa.

While we knew the plan was to eventually release the “Justice is Gray” version for fans to see, it was unclear when that would happen. On Wednesday night in the U.S., without much warning, it arrived on HBO Max.

There has been no widespread discussion of how “Justice is Gray” will be shown in other countries.

Rumors have suggested that there were possibly some alternate scenes in this version of the film, but fan reports indicate this is incorrect. If you’ve already watched Zack Snyder’s Justice League, this is the same film, just in black & white. Similar to the “Black & Chrome” edition of Mad Max: Fury Road, or the black & white version of Logan.

If you have HBO Max, you can start streaming “Justice is Gray” immediately.
