Marc Maron set to play Lex Luthor in League of Super-Pets

Marc Maron has announced that he has joined the voice cast of DC’s League of Super-Pets.

Maron announced the news recently on his podcast and revealed that he will be playing Lex Luthor.

The upcoming film is already set to star Dwayne Johnson as Krypto and Kevin Hart as Ace, the Bat-Hound. They will be joined by Kate McKinnon, John Krasinski, Vanessa Bayer, Natasha Lyonne, Diego Luna, Keanu Reeves, and Jameela Jamil in undisclosed roles.

The story will follow Krypto, Ace the Bat-Hound, Jumpa (Wonder Woman’s kangaroo), and Supergirl’s cat Streaky teaming up to form their own crime-fighting team. It’s not clear as of yet exactly what sort of villains they will be taking on.

DC’s League of Super-Pets, with animation by Animal Logic, will hit theaters on May 20, 2022.
