Dwayne Johnson showed up at DC FanDome with some of the first footage from the long-anticipated Black Adam.
After more than a decade, the Black Adam movie is finally finished and is now in post-production. Even though the film isn’t fully complete, Johnson had some footage he could show off at the event on Saturday.
Besides Dwayne Johnson in the title role, Black Adam will include the characters of Hawkman (Aldis Hodge), Doctor Fate (Pierce Brosnan), Atom Smasher (Noah Centineo), and Cyclone (Quintessa Swindell). The film is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra (Jungle Cruise) and written by Rory Haines, Sohrab Noshirvani, and Adam Sztykiel
Black Adam is scheduled to hit theaters on July 29, 2022.
