Batgirl adds three more actors to its cast

Despite already being in production, it seems that Batgirl still had a few roles to fill in.

According to a new report from The Hollywood Reporter, Batgirl has added three more actors to its roster. Rebecca Front is a BAFTA Award-winning actress who recently appeared in Avenue 4 and Poldark. Corey Johnson has appeared in the Jason Bourne series, and will next be seen in Sony’s Morbius. And rounding out the new trio is Ethan Kai who has been a regular on the British soap opera Emmerdale Farm and has appeared in Killing Eve.

No word as of yet as to what their roles will be in the film.

Batgirl is currently filming on location in Glasgow, Scotland with Leslie Grace starring in the lead role. She will be joined by J.K. Simmons as Jim Gordon, Brendan Fraser as Firefly, and Michael Keaton as Batman. Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah are directing from a script by Christina Hodson (Bumblebee, Birds of Prey).

No word as of yet as to the Batgirl release date, but it will premiere on HBO Max.
