DC Comics announced that, as part of their One Bad Day series of Batman one-shots, Tom King will be writing The Riddler, a 64-page original graphic novel where Batman must get to the bottom of why Nygma suddenly decided to start killing people at random. Mitch Gerads, who has worked with King on many projects such as The Sheriff of Babylon, Mister Miracle, Strange Adventures, and some of his run on Batman, will be returning to pencil the story.
This is the latest in a long line of Batman stories that King has written. In addition to writing the Batman series itself for almost 100 issues, he also helped write Grayson with Tim Seeley and is currently writing Batman/Catwoman and Batman: Killing Time.
