Netflix has released a full The Sandman trailer and announced the series will debut on Aug. 5.
It seems as though the Netflix version of Sandman has been in production forever, but we’re finally drawing closer to its release. During Geeked Week, the streaming company finally let us know that season 1 of the series will debut on Aug. 5 and gave us some of our best looks yet at the series.
The new footage shows off a lot of the characters we’ll be seeing including The Corinthian (Boyd Holbrook), Johanna Constantine (Jenna Coleman), Lucienne (Vivienne Acheampong), and more.
The series looks like it will be staying pretty faithful to the comic, and considering how deep that became, it will be interesting to see how far it’s willing to go.
The Sandman will bedut on Netflix on Aug. 5.
