Matthew Modine was on VH1’s Big Morning Buzz Live yesterday morning and of course, The Dark Knight Rises came up. Modine explained that his character’s name is Foley. We learned about deputy commissioner Peter Foley from the viral marketing campaign that came out last week. Modine also said that The Dark Knight Rises is the best of the series, and he predicts that it’ll kick The Avengers butt at the box office.
