The real Joker is coming to Gotham soon.
For the last few seasons, Cameron Monaghan has played “Jerome”, a crazy young man who acted like and looked like The Joker from the comics and movies. But according to Gotham star David Mazouz, Monaghan is not the Joker.
“He’s not the Joker, that’s all I’ll say,” Mazouz told Discussing Film. “He definitely is the inspiration for the Joker and the way that the Joker comes into the show is, in my opinion, one of the most brilliant things that Gotham has ever done.”
