In January Warner Bros. hired a new head of DC Films, Walter Hamada, a former executive at New Line. Today, they made another big hire for their DC division.
Chantal Nong is now the VP of production for DC Films, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Nong will work on the development and production management of Warner Bros.’ DC movie slate. Flashpoint and Batgirl are high on the priority list, according to THR.
Nong has worked at Warner Bros. since 2011 and oversaw development on movies like 2014’s Godzilla and 300: Rise of an Empire.
