MTV caught up with Christopher Nolan on the red carpet at the Oscars last night. Of course Nolan wasn’t willing to talk much about The Dark Knight Rises, but did give some brief comments. While he wouldn’t say what the theme will be, he did say that when we see the movie we’ll know why he cast Anne Hathaway and Tom Hardy. Will they be able to create iconic characters like Heath Ledger’s Joker? We’ll have to wait and see. I’m still looking to see if Anne Hathaway talked about Selina Kyle/Catwoman on the red carpet, I’ll be sure to post an interview if I find one.
