Superman isn’t done saving the world quite yet. The CW’s Superman & Lois will return for a short , 10-episode Season 4, according to a report from TV Line.

“We are thrilled to bring Superman & Lois back to the CW,” said network president Brad Schwartz in a statement. [Superman & Lois and the also-renewed All American: Homecoming] are two of our strongest performers across our linear [broadcast] and digital platforms with some of the most passionate fanbases in all of television. We are grateful to our partners at Warner Bros. Television and Berlanti Productions for their continued collaboration, and we cannot wait to get started on the new seasons.”

Superman & Lois Season 3 has followed the parallel storylines of Lois’ sudden breast cancer diagnosis and the life of crime lord Bruno Mannheim. As of episode 11, though, Mannheim gave up following the death of his wife, Peia. With Mannheim having surrendered to authorities, Lex Luthor has been released from prison and Bizarro Superman, once dead, has reawoken thanks to experiments by Mannheim’s team of scientists.

Superman & Lois stars Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch as Clark Kent/Superman and Lois Lane, Alex Garfin as Jordan Kent, Michael Bishop as Jonathan Kent, Emmanuelle Chriqui as Lana Lang, Erik Valdez as Kyle Cushing, Inde Navarrette as Sarah Cortez, Wolé Parks as John Henry Irons/Steel, Tayler Buck as Natalie Irons, and Dylan Walsh as Sam Lane. Season 3 features Chad L. Coleman as Bruno Mannheim, Daya Vaidya as Peia Mannheim, and Spence Moore II as Matteo Mannheim.

This comes on the heels of the CW’s cancelation of Gotham Knights after one season, making Superman & Lois the final DC Comics show to appear on the CW network following the series finale of The Flash last month. The last two episodes of Superman & Lois Season 3, which feature Michael Cudlitz as Superman villain Lex Luthor, air on June 20 and 27.
